How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5-7 business days within the continental US. International shipping times vary by location but usually arrive within 14-21 days.
Can I return or exchange my items?
Yes, we offer a 30-day return policy for unworn and unwashed items. Please note that while we can refund the product cost, giveaway entries associated with that purchase will be voided upon return.
How are the winners selected?
Winners are selected via a legally compliant, third-party sweepstakes administrator to ensure total transparency and fairness. The drawing usually occurs within 10 days of the giveaway closing.
Do you ship to P.O. Boxes or campsites?
We do ship to P.O. Boxes. If you are currently on the road, we recommend using a FedEx OnSite location or a General Delivery address at a local Post Office to ensure secure package retrieval.
